Market Slow for Condos and SFH

The overall trend is for longer Days on Market for both condos and single family homes. Single Family Homes increased 143% and Condos increased 81% over last year.

We did see a nice drop in mortage rates from 6.48% to 6.15% which most likely lead to the spike in Pending Sales over last month.
